Termite detection dogs were used in conjunction with conventional inspection. Positive indication by termite dogs of live termite activity in various locations was observed and confirmed visually. Attached is a plan referenced by photos indicating were live termite activity was found.
Findings: There appears to be a substantial infestation to the NE area of the house. Two entry points were located, the most significant one being at the NE corner and the other via a tree root entering from the Eastern garden bed 10cm under skirting board next to stump.
Seasoned timbers such as skirting boards are being attacked in the bedroom. Bearers and joists are also being attacked as indicated on plan. It appears termites are moving along wall plates in a Southern direction from area of front door.
