• Inspecting for termites feeding on your home is important, how ever reporting on favourable conditions is equally important. Favourable conditions will eventually not only attract termites to feed on timbers but encourage them to nest there.
• This aspect of reporting on conducive conditions is as important as reporting on timber pest, as it helps to mitigate against the risk of future infestations.
